FIMM CHINA LTD. was established in March 2006 and it is located in Kunshan City, about 50 kilometers away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and 1.5 hours drive to Shanghai ports (Waigaoqiao and Yangshan deep sea port). It is a very convenient location for both personal travels and transportation of materials and finished products for both domestic market and export business.
FIMM CHINA LTD. is 100% owned by FIMM Group of Italy and it is a manufacturing plant mainly for Asia and Pacific regions. Products manufactured in China are also shipped to many countries in other continents taking the logistics convenience of the factory's proximity to Shanghai ports, a transit hub to all countries worldwide.
We have installed several automatic handle production lines in China and those lines are all customized machines designed by the owner of FIMM CHINA Mr. Enrico Spinelli and manufactured by our own group factory in Italy with the latest advanced technology. So we can produce products with very high precision. We also have more than 12 injection machines to produce plastic parts for our handles and a Steel Cutting Machine to cut the big steel coil to needed width of strips. Our Steel Cutting Machine has a customized thickness detector and all steel are detected and recorded for the correct thickness to ensure that steel is correctly selected and used for orders of our customers.
Our products include: thin-wall steel tubes, plastic coated steel tubes, broom handles and mop handles, telescopic handles, multi-pc handles (3 or 4 sections), customized products with special clips, decorative handles, etc. We can make regular diameters of 19/21.4/25.4mm of steel tubes. We can also make customized tubes for diameters of 19.20/24.00/25.00 for justified volumes.
We take our Italian standards for the production and the products made in China are all the same as made in Italy. Our products have been tested by SGS and the test results show that all materials used met the requirements of EU REACH standards.
